The Flo-Mar emergency line is for maintenance emergencies only. For all other emergencies, call 911. If you suspect a gas leak, call DTE (800) 947-5000 immediately and then the FM Emergency Line.
The Flo-Mar line is to be used for true emergencies only. Emergencies include significant water leaks, heat below 55 F, external lighting issues, or anything that could soon lead to damage of person or property. Internet issues are never an emergency. Calls made about non-emergency issues will result in a charge. Lock-outs will be charged a $50 fee. Contact DTE about power outages or a downed power line (800) 477-4747.

Flo-Mar Commitment to Safety
Tenant safety is one of Flo-Mar's highest priorities. We make sure our properties are always well lit and that shrubbery is properly maintained. Please read our Safety Recommendations. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call the office.
We understand that your plans could change. Please let us know as soon as possible that you have decided to sublease your apartment by filling out a Sublease Request Form and paying the $250 sublease fee, which covers administrative costs. All subtenants must pass a credit check, be approved by the office and any existing roommates, and sign a Flo-Mar lease.
