Emergencies

24 Hour Apartment Emergency Maintenance call: (734) 483-2240

​or (734) 219-5276 for non-maintenance urgent issues. 

The Flo-Mar Emergency Line is for maintenance emergencies only.  For all other emergencies, call 911.  If you suspect a gas leak, call DTE (800) 947-5000 immediately and then the FM Emergency Line. 

 

The Flo-Mar line is to be used for true emergencies only.  Emergencies include significant water leaks, heat below 60 F, external lighting issues, or anything that could soon lead to damage of person or property. Calls made about non-emergency issues will result in a charge.  Lock-outs will be charged a $50 fee. Please contact DTE about power outages or a downed power line at (800) 477-4747 and your internet provider for internet outages.

Payments & Maintenance Requests - Tenant Portal

 

Online Payments. pay your balance with eCheck for $2.49 fee. There is a larger fee of $9.99 for debit or 2.99% for credit card payments. (Payments may also be made via the office mail slot by check or money order.)

 

Maintenance Requests. We try to address all maintenance requests within 24 hours.  Please indicate the earliest time that we can enter and whether we have permission to enter in your absence.
