FLO-MAR APARTMENTS PET POLICY
We love pets and appreciate all the ways that pets enhance our lives. Ypsilanti has some lovely parks and most apartments are a short walk or drive from the Huron River Greenway - Border-to-Border Trail.
Pet Overview
A signed pet addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. We allow up to 2 pets per residence. The agreement can be found HERE.
Deposits &
Pet Rent
$300 non-refundable fee per pet and $25 monthly rent per pet.
Non-Furry Friends
We also welcome birds and fish with written approval from our onsite management team. No reptiles or exotic animals please. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons.
Breed Restrictions
We welcome all breeds of dogs, except the following breed or mixed breed due to insurance requirements: Akitas, Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Malamutes, Huskies, Wolf-Hybrids and Mastiff breeds. This applies to full or mixed breed of any of the above. We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time. We also have a weight limit of 75 lbs.
Support Animals
Service animals for disabled people are not subject to breed restrictions. We do require a signed Letter Regarding Support Animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal, Support Animal Certification and proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable).
