I understand that if my license plate number or vehicle changes, I will fill out a new registration form and receive a new permit. The first permit is free, and additional permits cost $5 each. It is agreed that there is no guest parking at any time. To be valid, parking sticker must be placed on left side of car rear window. I understand that vehicles not displaying valid stickers will be towed away at owner expense. (This includes my vehicle if I fail to properly display the permit I am now requesting.) I further understand that having a parking permit does not guarantee me a parking space. It is agreed that my vehicle will be parked only at the above lot address. The vehicle being registered is for my use and not for the use of anyone else.
