This is the place to come if you need to Contact Us, submit a Maintenance Request, look into Flo-Mar Policies without having to dig out your "Move-in Packet," or if you would like to print out extra copies of an important form. Recycling

We strongly encourage you to recycle. If you live on Perrin Street, bins are available in the laundry room. If you live in a house, use your recycling bin and set it on the curb each week with your trash. If you don't have a recycling bin, call the office for more information on how to get a bin.
