Dear Flo-Mar Tenants:

Move out is quickly approaching!  If you have not renewed for next year, you should have received a couple of mailings detailing some of the move out procedures.  As a reminder, your move-in packet has a lot of information as well.  However, feel free to contact me for more details.

Since we are now in the last three months of your current lease, we are only required 24 hours notice to show your apartment to prospective tenants.  Be on the lookout for those neon orange flyers so you’re aware of any appointments.
